Divine and Delicious #1: Bacon Cups.

Now everyone knows by now that I love food, so once in a while I'll post something divine and delicious. How about these bacon cups I found at Not Martha, she rocks in my opinion and I can try these at home without involving any appliances. So here goes:

Set the oven at 400 degrees,  carefully form foil over the back of a muffin pan. Do not coat with cooking spray, the bacon would not hold the form easily and will slip during baking.

 Be sure to put a cookie sheet with a rim below the cooking bacon in the oven, there will be a lot of dripping fat. Watch your oven carefully! 

  Filled cups with lettuce (the arugula was the best) and sliced cherry tomato.
