Happy Thanksgiving and a last minute dessert.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone, and may their be happy memoirs made as we gather with family and friends . Take time to be grateful for the smallest of things and see all the ways God has moved in your life as we sit together, cook together and just be together.

Of course, I must leave you with the cutest dessert I found at Joann Fabric and Craft Store, Istagram page. Aren't these the cutest donut holes disguised as acorns.

There is no need to make these donut holes from scratch, so to make life in the kitchen easy in your Thanksgiving kitchen, you can pick these up at your local supermarket or bakery. Then work your magic with a frosting and sprinkles and for a stem a pretzel stick. Ta daa......

I'm sure everyone would love these as an appetizer or dessert so be sure to engage your tweens and teens with this dessert project and keep them flowing throughout today.

Cheers to everyone and be safe.

holiday outfit inspiration

Hello everyone, are some you still trying to find that Thanksgiving outfit. here are some of my holiday picks for the season. I adore the Sigrid Blouse from Anthropologie that just screams holiday season, it's flattering in any size, when paired with Black leggings or skinny jeans. I am also a big fan of draping and the Sirpo pullover in red is indeed one of my favs for  all holiday parties.

Also from Anthropologie is this gorgeous Berlin midi skirt and printed Jacqui dress is divine. So I hope this post might give you a few more ideas as Thanksgiving draws near. Cheers to the Hols my lovelies.

Giving Thanks Done Right.

With the season in full swing and the anticipation of Thanksgiving in the air, what are you, my Lovelies up to. I recently poured over the Rue Magazine Holiday Issue now online. My inspiration today is taken from the festive shoot of Ryder Sloan Events at the Stable Cafe.

I adore the wooden bistro chairs and those hand craved peacocks. The colors are fresh and warm, with touches of gold and copper goblets and pine cones to give this setting an effortless rustic feel.

Details are everything and the serving platter above is genius, in keeping the rustic theme. I hope everyone is inspired, especially those of you who will be hosting Thanksgiving this year. Take care everyone and have a Happy Thanksgiving.
