Facebook Becoming a Prime Source for Divorce Case Evidence

The quote below is from another who shared this on her blog and have since walked away from blogging leaving 1495 followers behind. This is tragic and very sad situation, as she is currently unwell. This is a warning to us all of the malicious dangers there are out there. We all need to be careful of what we share on our blogs and any other social network sites. I hope this lovely blogger will find her way back to her happiness and creativity.
"A week ago I received a letter from the insurance company that handles the Workers Compensation for my employer that states that they are suspending my benefits for further investigation based on a post from my blog that was forwarded to them by my employer.
What says you????

Cozy, Colorful Bedrooms.

Hello, its a rainy day today and I'm longing to be curled up in bed with a good book. I'm broke, Hubby and I had a tiff and my 2 year old daughter is getting on my last good nerve.
So I'm sharing these gorgeous bedrooms with you because they're colorful and cozy and I know that makes no sense whatsoever...but I'm feeling overwhelmed at the moment. Anyway I'll say a pray through it all and God will show me the way forward.
Love to all my loyal friends especially Tuesdai, Eve and Ruthy Ann, you gals are awesome.
Much Love Lisa.

Whats for Dinner!

Sauteed Shrimp with Arugula and Tomatoes

The best thing about this time of year is the abundance of fresh ingredients available at the Farmer's Markets and roadside farm stands.  Freshly harvested arugula is widely available right now, which makes me almost giddy, I love it's peppery flavor.

This dinner or lunch comes together in minutes which works perfectly for my schedule at the moment.  It's a very summery dish with little to no effort going into making it.  Not to mention it's very light on the calories.

Enjoy it with a refreshing glass of white wine while sitting on the patio enjoying family and friends.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.  Add tomatoes and cook, stirring often, until they blister, about 2 minutes.  Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 30 seconds.

Add shrimp and cook, stirring often, until almost opaque throughout, about 4 minutes.  Add arugula, season with salt and pepper and toss until wilted, 1 minute.  Add lemon juic…

Divine Seashells.

 A gorgeous centerpiece...
and a giant clam shell.
Shells all around.
and everywhere. Take care everyone, I hope you adore seashells as much as I do.

My Wish for You

Love Lisa, and thank you to all who have encouraged me recently,..Thank you for following.

Turquoise, 2010 Color of the Year.

Chintz, Yellow and Turquoise.
Once seen mainly in resort decor and clothing, turquoise now is making its way into everyday homes.  In addition, turquoise and other ocean-inspired blues reflect  consumers appreciation of the environment and nature.
In general, a high-voltage color such as turquoise is best confined to smaller areas, such as a single wall.  But if you're not brave enough to splash the color of the year on your walls,  at least use accessories to update your decor. Place a turquoise lamp, picture frames, towels or a painted chair for a pop of color.  The result will be magical. Hugs and Kisses, Lisa.

Reflective Spaces

Reflect, reflect, reflect. Regularly pull away to meditate, contemplate, reflect and to pray. An unexamined life is not worth living because the pull to conform has always been too great. Our lives will always ”drift” in the direction of conformity if we lose our directional  and spiritual bearings. Withdraw often. Review your list of values and reflect on the current trajectory of your life and your spirituality. Is it headed towards the end you desire… or just following the easy road of everyone else? Ask God's for guidance in every area of your life, surrender to Him and make time for inspiring reading. ( the Bible would be my choice.)
Your life is valuable. It is the greatest asset you own. It holds potential for great things. Don’t let it slip into mediocrity by choosing to live it just like everyone else. It is not a worthy trade.
