A Healthy Dose of Inspiration.

Hey, to everyone out there that has been eating healthier and exercising. Here is a great way to top up on your fruits and fibre. I found this here and yes; I have tried many variations of this smoothie for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So enjoy this dose of inspiration as we strive to take better care of our bodies and be more in tune with good nutrition.

So ENJOY!!!!!!

Kiwi Berry Smoothie
Serves 2
16 whole fresh or frozen strawberries
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 whole kiwi fruit
2/3 cup plain yogurt
¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons flax seed (optional)

Depending on the size of your blender you may need to make one serving
at a time by dividing each of the above ingredients in half
Add the strawberries to the blender.

Add the honey; if you like your smoothies on the sweeter side you may
want to add a bit more honey in each serving.
Add about ¼ cup of crushed ice to each serving if you would
like more of a chill to your smoothie

Add the blueberries.
Add the kiwi fruit

Add the yogurt.

Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately for a delicious and refreshing beverage!

Your Time (Happy Friday).

Hello my Lovelies. I trust you all a great week and looking forward to the weekend. I know I am, as I have lovely dinner plans with a trip to the beach as well as , to catch some much needed sunshine. Don't get me wrong there is great weather all around me here in the tropics, but when you are working in a cold air conditioning office, you don't see much of the sun or warm weather.

I adore simple weekend dresses like the one I've posted, that's breezy and light or shorts with filp flops and a huge beach bag where I just throw my stuff in. The weekend is also not complete without a broad rim hat, the broader the better.

Well Cheers to the wekend and be safe my Lovelies, till we meet again.

I adore the Sigrid Blouse from Anthropologie that just screams holiday season, it's flattering in any size, when paired with Black leggings or skinny jeans. I am also a big fan of draping and the Sirpo pullover in red is indeed one of my favs for  all holiday parties.

Also from Anthropologie is this gorgeous Berlin midi skirt and printed Jacqui dress is divine. So I hope this post might give you a few more ideas as Thanksgiving draws near. Cheers to the Hols my lovelies.
