What inspires you to blog??? I'm slowly changing my blog. The whole focus will not be on just my jewelry, but it will incorporate other things I am passionate about such as fashion, food, and health.
Tell us a little about your passion for jewelry?
I love creating. I love all things handmade. I feel so proud of a
finished product, knowing I created it with my own two hands.

How did your Etsy Shop start?
It started very slowly in 2007. I left it unattended for about a year
and a half. Now it's my baby and I love nutruring it and seeing it
grow. You can find me at www.sydneyaustindesigns.etsy. com
The thing I love most about what I do is… I am my own boss.
Who are your style or inspirational icons?
For my jewelry I get inspiration from nature, the ocean, and classic
movies from the 1970's. Lately my style icon is Solange Knowles. She
just nails it everytime!

What item of clothing you can't live without this season? A great pair of riding boots and something with lace.
I’m currently obsessed with… Vintage Frye boots, pink lipglass by Mac, nude colored nail polish, and vintage leather clutches from the 1980's.

On a Saturday afternoon you’d most likely find me…. In the car driving my kids to one of their activities or social events!

Where do you see your self in 5 years.
Driving or flying to visit one kid in college and getting the other kid
ready for college! Hopefully, my jewelry will be in more boutiques in
different states. I am hoping that I will be a bigger fashion blogger
than what I am now! Ha!

ReplyDeleteI love this collection. Just favorited her shop and those spectacular Jimmi Hendrix earrings. They are soooo cool! Miss you, too, girlfriend! I've been working hard, trying to create more Christmas items for my Etsy shop and continue to do pro-bono work for churches. Take care and many blessings to you and yours!
ReplyDeleteVery cool pendant. Gorgeous! Love the colors! Very cool jewelry! Really like the vanity monologues! Why are other people’s vanities way cool to look at? Thanks for stopping by my blog! Glad you appreciated the list. Yankee candles, Egyptian cotton bed linens, perfumes, and fresh roses are quality things to be addicted to! :)
