I can't seem to fathom its Easter in a few days. I am looking forward to some down time with my family, and since the kids are pestering my Hubs and I about renting a beach house for the long weekend, we are considering having an away from home mini holiday.
Seriously, all I want to do is lie around and catch up on a good book, go Easter egg hunting, eat chocolate and hanging out on the beach for insanely long hours. Easter Sunday is traditionally church for our family and then we are off on a tour of the Island with a picnic basket in tow and Monday is a big, lovely street fair with lots Caribbean food to experience....like grilled fish with Plantains.... Yumm.
