a spring inspired meal... Lemon Artichoke and Pea Pasta.

Take a peek at this gorgeous and simple recipe I found, that's great for entertaining on a budget this spring. All of theses ingredients would probably be in your pantry anyway. I can't wait to try it myself.

Melt butter, add onions and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Cook onions till translucent.


Next step, add some frozen peas and jarred or canned artichokes


Heat through, and then add some creamy goat cheese and heavy cream.


Add, hot cooked pasta...… fresh arugula and bright lemon zest. Toss and serve.
